Ultrasonic metal welding
Ultrasonic welding of non-ferrous metals, such as cooper and aluminum is a reliable process joining metals together using ultrasound. The welding process completes very rapidly within seconds, depending on the size of the weld node. The process creates a solid and metallurgical pure joint with very good physical properties without thermal stress of components. PEX products are using stand-alone ultrasonic welding stations or integrated ultrasonic systems for complex and high volume assembly lines.
